Cohn Racers specializes in bespoke motorcycle engineering, offering a comprehensive range of services from reverse engineering to full-scale production. Our expertise includes designing in CAD using Solidworks, 3D scanning, and in-house prototyping via 3D printers. We collaborate with external companies for manufacturing, utilizing various processes. We manufacture parts from composites like carbon fiber and conduct CNC machining in materials such as aluminum, titanium, and steel.
Additionally, we offer injection molding capabilities and provide in-house fabrication for components in aluminum, titanium, and steel. While our primary focus is on custom motorcycles, we also engage in special projects within the automotive and marine sectors.
